Ruminations about life and the world

Thank you 2019!

2019 has been a fantastic year for me both personally and professionally. I’ve grown so much this year in so many ways and genuinely proud of where I’ve come.

I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the different moments that I am grateful for this past year.

  • Thankful to have spent 2019 NYE with my best friends (some that I have known for over ten years now)
  • Thankful to have traveled to many different cities and countries with my friends and family such as Brazil, Colombia, Hawaii, etc.. (I’m fortunate to have the means to do this and explore different cultures)
  • Thankful for my family’s and friends health (there have been a few scares this year, but overall everyone is doing well :))
  • Thankful to be able to talk to my parents every single day (even if it’s just a text sometimes, I’m glad I can speak to them as much as I can especially with how far we live apart)
  • Thankful to change my job this mid-year to something I truly love (I love waking up in the morning to get ready for my job!)
  • Thankful to have started my new meetup group around blockchain and real estate (https://www.meetup.com/San-Francisco-Blockchain-Technology-Real-Estate-meetup/ – in case you’re interested in learning more about it :))
  • Thankful for the drive and curiosity that continues to push me forward
  • Thankful for starting this blog this year (I’ve been thinking about doing this for years!)
  • Thankful for the financial wealth that I’ve grown this past year along with the savvy decisions that I’ve made
  • Thankful for all the opportunities that have come my way
  • Thankful for the new friends that I’ve made this year, and I look forward to making and nurturing more friendships!
  • Thankful for my girlfriend and best friend – she continues to push me to the best version of myself, and there’s no question she’s a big reason that I’ve been able to accomplish what I have this year. Love you!

It’s been a fantastic year full ups and downs, but overall, I’m just so thankful for everything!

It’s truly a blessing to say that I love my life with all my heart and look forward to growing and continue to push myself to be the best person that I can
